Year of love letters - Limited Edition

The lucky recipent of this product will receive one blank Postcard and a written love letter in an envelope every month for a year. They will be posted on the 15th of the month. Shipping is included in the prize. You will only be billed once.

Vegan and organic inks, printed using green energy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

Return process

To return an item, please use the "Withdrawal form" found at Return and refunds page at the footer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the provided address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

I'm using DHL to send all shipments, expected shipping time depends on your location, here is an estimate.

• Europe: 2-4 workdays.
