Welcome to the “Love Letter Club.” This is a monthly subscription where I send you a love letter each month. Inside, you’ll find a postcard designed by me for that month and a written love note. The postcard will be left blank, giving you the option to keep it or send it to someone else, spreading even more love.

You can purchase a love letter for yourself or as a gift for someone special. Subscriptions are available for one month, three months, or six months. The shipping cost is included in the prize.

I’ll mail out the love letters by the 15th of each month. To receive the current month’s love letter, be sure to sign up by the 10th. If you sign up after the 10th, you’ll receive your love letter the following month.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return process

To return an item, please use the "Withdrawal form" found at Return and refunds page at the footer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the provided address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Germany: 1-2 workdays.
